About The Position

This job posting describes two distinct founding roles within a startup, both offering 10% equity with no initial cash compensation. The first role is for a Founding Web Developer to build two digital platforms: a Solar Fintech Platform for fractional ownership of solar panels and a Carpooling Platform similar to Mitfahrgelegenheit. The second role is for a Founding Automation Machine Engineer to design, prototype, and build an Indoor Paint Machine Automation System for the real estate and construction sector. Both roles are remote, welcome freshers with strong project portfolios, and require a minimum weekly commitment of 25-40 hours. The target for MVP launch for both is 4-6 months. The equity comes with a 4-year vesting schedule, including a 1-year cliff, with potential acceleration upon fundraising, acquisition, or revenue milestones. Both roles include anti-compete clauses within India and a no drag-out clause for equity.
