About The Position

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking non-native English-speakers for a paid voice-recording study. This study aims to improve speech recognition and voice assistant technology. Participants will use their smartphones to record short wake-up phrases and scripted commands, similar to those used with voice assistants. The task is completed remotely from home and requires approximately 30 minutes. Requirements

• Be 18 years or older.
• Reside in the United States.
• Your first language is NOT English, but you are fluent in English.
• Be able to use a mobile phone for this project.
• Be able to use a wired headset or the device microphone for recording phrases.
• Have access to a quiet indoor environment to do the recordings.
• No previous experience is required.
