About The Position

We are looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Remote Vacation Planning Advisors. This opportunity is designed for people who enjoy helping others, researching destinations, organizing details, and creating personalized travel experiences. As a Vacation Planning Advisor, you will work with clients to learn about their vacation goals, preferences, interests, and budgets. You will then research available options and help coordinate travel arrangements that fit their needs. Depending on the client, this may include resorts, cruises, vacation packages, flights, transportation, excursions, tours, and activities. You will guide clients through the planning and reservation process while providing clear communication and dependable service. Advisors are also responsible for staying organized, following up with clients, maintaining accurate records, and continuing to build their destination and supplier knowledge. Previous experience in the travel industry is not required. Training, educational resources, supplier programs, and ongoing team support are available to help you learn the industry and develop the skills needed to assist clients.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients regarding vacation preferences, budgets, destinations, and travel goals
• Research and compare resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, tours, and activities
• Present appropriate travel options based on client needs
• Coordinate reservations and review booking information for accuracy
• Prepare itineraries and organize important travel documents and information
• Communicate payment deadlines, travel requirements, and reservation updates
• Maintain accurate and organized client records
• Provide professional service and follow-up throughout the planning process
• Participate in training and supplier education
• Develop relationships with prospective, new, and returning clients
