The agency specializes in cruises, hotels, vacation homes, all-inclusive resorts, and other travel experiences. The Remote Travel Specialist focuses on cruise and resort bookings, helping clients plan vacations by matching them with destinations and experiences that fit their needs and preferences. The role involves researching and booking travel, tailoring itineraries to client preferences and budgets, using supplier partnerships to find deals and upgrades, and providing professional client service. Specialists maintain accurate booking records, stay informed about supplier promotions and industry practices, and attend training and certification webinars.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong motivation and organizational skills.
- Comfortable learning travel platforms and booking tools.
- Passion for helping others and an interest in travel.
Nice To Haves
- Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
