About The Position
We are looking for motivated individuals interested in helping clients plan and book memorable travel experiences. As a Remote Travel Planner, you'll assist clients with researching destinations, comparing travel options, making reservations, and creating vacations that fit their preferences and needs.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable researching and comparing travel options
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Must reside in an eligible location within the U.S., U.K., Australia, Latin America, or Spain
Responsibilities
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities
- Assist clients with planning and booking vacations and travel packages
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budgets
- Provide destination recommendations and helpful travel information
- Manage reservations and assist clients with changes or questions
- Provide ongoing support throughout the travel planning process
