About The Position
We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Remote Travel Planner to help clients coordinate memorable travel experiences. This work-from-home role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, helping people, and keeping details organized. You'll use established systems, digital tools, and comprehensive training to assist with travel planning, reservations, itineraries, and client communication. No previous travel experience is required.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and learning new technology
- Positive, dependable, and customer-focused
- Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or eligible countries within LATAM
Nice To Haves
- Customer service, hospitality, administrative, scheduling, or related experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, resorts, hotels, and other travel experiences
- Create and organize customized itineraries based on client preferences
- Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options
- Coordinate reservation details and review confirmations for accuracy
- Communicate with clients and provide updates throughout the planning process
- Maintain organized digital records and deliver exceptional customer support
