About The Position

Daybreak is seeking licensed associate therapists (LSW or LPC) in Illinois who are looking for a meaningful caseload, free supervision hours towards full licensure, and relief from administrative burdens. This role offers flexibility and income stability, specifically designed for therapists at this career stage. The position involves providing evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students in IL school districts, collaborating with school counselors and families. Responsibilities include participating in case consultations and contributing to clinical program development.

Requirements

• Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure candidates at this time)
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
• Active NPI and CAQH
