Requirements

  • Comfortable using virtual communication tools such as Zoom and email.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients via Zoom and phone.
  • Present tailored product solutions based on individual client needs.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Manage and grow a personal portfolio of business using company-provided resources.
  • Identify and engage qualified candidates through professional outreach.
  • Conduct initial virtual interviews and assist with the onboarding process.
  • Mentor and support new associates throughout their training.
  • Contribute to the development of a high-performing and collaborative remote team.
