This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical positions supporting Primary Care Physician offices and plays a critical role in building diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of clinical recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute sourcing strategies for a variety of clinical roles.
  • Proven experience recruiting clinical staff.
  • Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, consulting, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related tools.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-4 years of clinical recruiting experience.
  • Experience implementing recruitment strategies within the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelors degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide full life-cycle recruiting for clinical roles supporting Primary Care Physician offices, from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment plans using both traditional sourcing methods and innovative, creative strategies.
  • Execute talent acquisition strategies to recruit high-quality talent across a range of clinical and operational roles, including medical assistants, nurses, and front- and back-office staff.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on hiring strategies.
  • Professionally represent the organization while supporting its mission, goals, and values.
  • Develop proactive and diverse sourcing strategies to attract top clinical talent by achieving the following outcomes: proficiency in curating candidate outreach from various systems like ATS, CRM, and others.
  • Achieve high volume hiring metrics in accordance with productivity plan in place. This consists of daily activity to include up to 50 cold outreaches, resume screenings, and phone interviews to assess qualifications and interest.
  • Establish consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle by coordinating intake discussion, offering recruitment best practices, scheduling interviews, and supporting the offer letter process.
  • Create and deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for both candidates and hiring leaders achieved by consistent professional communication through the use of established internal workflows, follow ups with candidates and hiring managers, interview preparation and interview debrief.
  • Ensure and maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) achieved by staying proactive and consistent learning of TA best practices.
  • Support and coordinate recruitment projects, programs, and process improvement initiatives through team collaboration with a solutions focused approach.
  • Ensure a streamlined new hire onboarding experience through weekly collaboration with the onboarding team resulting in timely candidate onboarding, hiring manager satisfaction and adhering to time to fill metrics.
  • Maintain job market expertise through conscious communications with candidates, thereby staying current with job market analysis and recruitment data trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate and manage up to 30 requisitions through prioritizing in alignment with business needs independently while exercising sound judgment and initiative.
  • Adapt quickly to changing hire needs and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly while maintaining high standards of excellence.
  • Build trust and act with authenticity to foster a culture of integrity and mutual respect.
  • Be a team player by showing up on time every time, be in person when required and attend corporate and recruitment events in person as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
