Requirements

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Motivated, reliable, and coachable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer tools
• Interested in leadership and team-building opportunities

Responsibilities

• Present products and solutions to prospective clients via Zoom, phone, and email
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations
• Build long-term relationships and manage your book of business
• Follow a proven sales system with ongoing mentorship
• Identify and connect with potential candidates for sales roles
• Conduct initial virtual interviews and onboarding support
• Mentor and guide new associates through their training
• Help expand and develop a high-performing remote team
