About The Position
Meron Financial Agency is expanding its remote team and seeking self-motivated agents to build a career from home. This is a performance-based career where agents are provided with tools, training, and leads. The role involves connecting with clients via phone and Zoom to offer life insurance coverage, working warm inbound leads and outbound opportunities, managing one's own schedule, and attending virtual training sessions. Agents are expected to treat each day like a business owner, be driven, understand the purpose behind their work, be coachable, and maintain consistency in hitting production goals.
Requirements
- Must live in the U.S. | Houston area preferred
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health License or willingness to obtain quickly
- Reliable internet and a focused, distraction-free workspace
