About The Position

This is a remote position. Are you passionate about travel and enjoy helping others find the perfect getaway? We’re looking for detail-oriented, service-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Resort & Hotel Vacation Planners. In this role, you will help clients discover exceptional resorts and hotels worldwide while guiding them through every step of their travel planning experience.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work setting
Enthusiasm for learning about worldwide destinations and helping travelers explore them
If you reside in the USA, Mexico, Australia, UK, Italy, Bahamas, Jamaica, Ireland, France, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Aruba, Spain, Panama, St. Lucia, Dominican Republic, New Zealand, Honduras, Germany or Colombia.
And are 18+ years of age

Responsibilities

Consult with Travelers: Learn each client’s preferences, budget, and travel style to recommend top resort and hotel options—from family-focused stays to luxury beachfront escapes.
Coordinate Travel Plans: Manage accommodation bookings and oversee related arrangements, including flights, transfers, travel protection, and special requests.
Offer Destination Insight: Stay up to date on resort trends and popular destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and other global hotspots. Provide suggestions for excursions and activities that enhance the overall trip.
