About The Position
Are you detail oriented and enjoy helping people plan memorable experiences? We're looking for a Remote Reservation Associate to help clients plan their ideal vacations with confidence. You'll research resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages, then coordinate the details to bring their travel plans together.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable researching online and managing multiple tasks
- Reliable, detail oriented, and customer focused
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel research and vacation planning
- Build resort, cruise, and hotel recommendations based on preferences and budgets
- Coordinate reservations and manage booking details
- Answer client questions and provide ongoing travel support
- Organize itineraries and travel documents
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability and coordinate arrangements
