In this role, you'll help working families understand their available benefits while providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Review benefit programs and explain available solutions
Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Develop long-term client relationships built on trust and professionalism
Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
Help clients make informed decisions about protecting themselves and their families
Maintain consistent communication throughout the client experience
Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship
Attend leadership development and coaching sessions
Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
Continue developing communication and relationship-building skills
