Responsibilities

Build strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct virtual consultations using Zoom and other communication tools
Educate clients on available benefit options and guide them through the enrollment process
Provide responsive, professional service while addressing questions and concerns
Maintain organized schedules and accurate digital records
Collaborate with a supportive remote team while managing responsibilities independently
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
