About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time, Oregon-licensed LCSW or LPC to provide virtual outpatient therapy through one of their Oregon-based partners. This fully remote role prioritizes clinical quality, collaboration, and work-life balance, aiming to expand access to high-quality mental health care. The therapist will be part of a collaborative care team, conducting initial evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy for a range of diagnoses. The position involves working with patients aged 18+ and requires experience with rural populations and a passion for working with marginalized communities.

Requirements

Active LCSW or LPC license in Oregon (required)
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels

Nice To Haves

Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
Telehealth experience preferred (experience with SmartCare a plus!)
Experience with rural populations
Passion for working with marginalized communities

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide outpatient therapy for a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma, SUD, and mood disorders
Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources
