About The Position
Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time, Maine-licensed therapist (LCSW or LPC) for a fully remote outpatient therapy role. The position involves providing virtual therapy to patients aged 6 and older with various diagnoses, partnering with Maine-based organizations. The role emphasizes clinical quality, collaboration, and work-life balance, with comprehensive clinician support provided by Iris Telehealth.
Requirements
- Active LCSW or LPC license in Maine (required)
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Nice To Haves
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
- Telehealth experience preferred (experience with eClinicalWorks and AthenaOne a plus!)
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources.
