Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or project coordination role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- High level of proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software.
- A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to providing outstanding client service.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling internal and external correspondence.
- Assist project managers with the coordination and tracking of project timelines, documentation, and deliverables.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries promptly and professionally to maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain and organise digital files, databases, and client records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other external partners to coordinate services and ensure timely project progression.
- Support basic financial administration tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required to support operational needs.
