About The Position

Requirements

• Active LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, or PsyD license
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to ethical, culturally responsive care.
• Comfort providing therapy through telehealth.
• Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
• Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to clients through our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on your clinical expertise.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Build a schedule that aligns with your availability and professional goals.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, and client-centered care.
• Collaborate with the Cyti team to support positive client outcomes.
