Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection
Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
Must be physically located within the United States
Eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (licensing support provided)

Responsibilities

Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits
Understand each client’s needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Explain benefit programs clearly and guide clients through enrollment
Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance standards
Provide ongoing client support, including policy updates and general assistance
Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and service
Participate in training, mentorship, and team development sessions
