Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Assess needs and guide individuals through appropriate benefit options
• Explain programs clearly and support clients through enrollment
• Maintain accurate records and follow up as needed
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and development sessions
• Collaborate with team members to improve performance and results
