Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and explain available benefit options
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
  • Maintain organized digital documentation and client records
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and team development meetings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support team success
