Requirements

Bachelorâs degree or higher
6+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
Demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns and product launches
Proven leadership experience in matrixed, cross-functional organizations
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
Experience in medical devices, wound care, or surgical environments

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of integrated marketing communications plans aligned to USAC downstream priorities
Translate product and portfolio strategies into clear, compelling messaging for healthcare professionals
Serve as the communications lead for downstream initiatives, including product launches and sales enablement
Own the creation and delivery of marketing assets across digital and field channels
Manage content calendars, messaging frameworks, and campaign timelines
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, compliance, and commercial impact
Lead and manage external agencies to deliver work on time and on budget
Define and track KPIs for communications effectiveness
