About The Position

AO Globe Life is expanding its virtual leadership organization and seeking motivated, growth-minded professionals for our Remote Leadership Manager opportunity. This role is designed for individuals who want to combine client service, consultative insurance sales, recruiting, coaching, and team development while building toward greater leadership responsibility. Whether your background is in management, operations, customer service, recruiting, sales, hospitality, retail, healthcare, military leadership, or team development, your experience may translate well into our virtual organization.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be physically located within the United States
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
Maintain reliable high-speed internet
Have webcam and microphone capability
Maintain a quiet, professional home-office environment
Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based business systems
Be comfortable communicating with clients and team members virtually
Be willing to complete required training
Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities

Responsibilities

Lead Virtual Client Consultations: Connect with prospective and existing clients, schedule and conduct virtual Zoom consultations, identify each client's needs and priorities, explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options, answer benefit and coverage questions, recommend appropriate solutions based on individual needs, guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment, maintain accurate digital records, conduct follow-up appointments and policy reviews, provide ongoing customer service and support, follow applicable state regulations, company procedures, and ethical standards.
Recruit, Mentor & Develop Your Team: Assist with recruiting and interviewing prospective team members, support onboarding of new representatives, mentor and coach developing agents, lead virtual team meetings and training sessions, help representatives establish activity and performance goals, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback, recognize strengths and identify areas for development, help new representatives build confidence and consistency, encourage accountability and professional standards, develop future trainers and leaders, foster a positive, competitive, and supportive team culture.
