Remote Customer Service Representative - Ken Garff Listening Center The Ken Garff Listening Center is a contact center that is currently looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives! Great work schedule! The Listening Center is open from 6 AM to 7 PM Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Saturdays, and closed Sundays . Mountain Time. Training class will start February 23rd, 2026. Network Requirements: Ethernet connection only (must be hard-wired to router or wall port) Minimum speeds: 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload Maximum ping: 40 ms or lower Equipment Requirements: Must provide your own equipment Minimum of 2 monitors (dual-monitor setup required) Webcam (built-in or external) Smartphone Headset with microphone Keyboard and mouse A computer, either a desktop (PC Windows) or a laptop with a working webcam Processor: 1 GHz or faster with 2 or more cores (e.g., Intel i5 – 2430M @ 2.40GHz or equivalent) RAM: 16 GB minimum Storage: 64 GB or more System Firmware: UEFI with Secure Boot enabled TPM: Version 2.0 Graphics: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver Operating System: Windows 11 required Apple/Mac devices are not supported Preferred desktop computer (PC Windows) with at least 8GB of RAM at minimum and a monitor with a working webcam Laptop computer (PC Windows) with a working webcam is acceptable if a desktop computer is not available.
