About The Position

Inbound Customer Service Representative Foodies wanted! Do you love hosting get-togethers, sharing recipes, or just enjoy talking about food? Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college education preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Experience working on a computer
  • Experience working in Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, Teams
  • Experience working in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
  • Experience supporting brand/consumer products and/or services
  • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting

Nice To Haves

  • Social media experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Effectively address and resolve consumer questions or concerns
  • Clearly document and update consumer records based on interactions
  • Accurately and efficiently manage multiple consumer interactions
