About The Position

Globe Life AO is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and service-focused professionals to join their virtual team as Member Experience & Benefits Consultants. In this role, you will connect with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, understand their needs, explain available supplemental benefits and financial-protection options, assist with enrollment, and provide continued client support. This opportunity combines member services, customer experience, client relationships, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales. Previous insurance experience is not required, as the company provides structured training, licensing guidance, ongoing mentorship, and professional development. The role is 100% remote, with flexible scheduling and a full-time career opportunity. Compensation is commission-based with weekly pay and performance bonuses.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
