Responsibilities

Connect with Clients Virtually: Meet with individuals and families through Zoom and phone consultations to understand their needs and provide personalized guidance.
Become a Trusted Resource: Develop expertise in supplemental benefits and financial protection solutions while helping clients make informed decisions.
Build Long-Term Relationships: Deliver exceptional service that creates trust, strengthens relationships, and supports clients throughout their journey.
Continue Learning: Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development to continually expand your knowledge and skills.
Collaborate Remotely: Work alongside a supportive team that values communication, accountability, and shared success.
Conduct virtual appointments with prospective and existing clients
Answer questions and educate clients on available benefit options
Present products clearly, professionally, and ethically
Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
Maintain organized schedules and accurate digital records
Build strong, long-term client relationships through outstanding service
Participate in ongoing professional development and leadership training
