About The Position

About the Role We are seeking a skilled ERP System Administrator to support, enhance, and maintain our Infor M3 ERP environment. This role will play a key part in a new ERP implementation, ensuring the system is configured effectively and positioned for long-term stability and growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a highly collaborative, fully remote environment. Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $65k-$85k DOE

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–7+ years of hands-on ERP administration experience.
  • Experience supporting at least one major ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Infor, Epicor, NetSuite, IFS, etc.).
  • Ability to write intermediate SQL queries.
  • Experience with ERP security, user access, and compliance controls.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI, or GCP).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in complex, integrated environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.).
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, SQL stored procedures, REST APIs).
  • Participation in ERP implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain ERP applications, databases, middleware, and infrastructure (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid).
  • Monitor system performance and availability; troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, including periodic on-call support.
  • Administer ERP security, including user provisioning, RBAC, SoD controls, audit logs, and regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
  • Support and maintain integrations with other business systems (CRM, WMS, MES, BI, e-commerce, APIs, EDI, etc.).
  • Partner with business and functional teams to configure workflows, rules, fields, dashboards, and reports.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 user support, including root-cause analysis and training as needed.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for updates, maintenance, and issue resolution.
  • Participate in ERP projects such as module rollouts, cloud migrations, upgrades, data conversions, and automation initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration records, and knowledge base content.
  • Review system performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Follow and enforce change management processes for all system updates.
  • Manage monthly and bi-annual ERP vendor enhancement releases
