About The Position

We are seeking an ERP Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance the company’s SyteLine ERP system and API integrations in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support, working closely with internal IT leadership, external vendors, and internal stakeholders. The ERP Administrator will help ensure system stability, data integrity, and effective day-to-day operation of the ERP as well as provide basic ERP user support while assisting in the execution of approved enhancements and integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of experience supporting or administering ERP systems
  • Understanding of manufacturing business processes and ERP best practices
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting ERP integrations (APIs, IDOs, extensions)
  • Familiarity with Birst or Power BI reporting tools
  • Exposure to ERP upgrades, patches, or system migrations
  • Experience supporting legacy ERP systems (e.g., IQMS)
  • Manufacturing ERP experience in discrete or mixed-mode environments

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the daily operation of the SyteLine ERP system and its integrations
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot ERP-related issues
  • Assist with system configuration, maintenance, and testing of updates and patches
  • Support system availability by following established backup and recovery procedures
  • Maintain user access, roles, and permissions in accordance with security policies
  • Support and monitor existing ERP integrations with UPS/WorldShip, Salesforce, Avalara, Birst, and the company’s Data Lake
  • Troubleshoot and actively manage Salesforce to Syteline integration workflows to ensure the feed to Syteline works properly. Actively work with Salesforce vendors when enhancements are installed to ensure workflows are maintained
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with vendors or senior technical resources
  • Assist with API- and IDO-based integrations under established technical standards
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, forms, and workflows in SyteLine using the Mongoose framework
  • Configure and customize Mongoose-based IDOs (Infor Data Objects) to support business process requirements in SyteLine and Factory Track
  • Create and modify Mongoose reports for manufacturing, inventory, quality, and production tracking needs
  • Support Factory Track customizations including shop floor data collection, labor tracking, and production reporting interfaces
  • Assist with BarTender label template development and integration with SyteLine and Factory Track
  • Assist with data validation, correction, and cleanup within the ERP system
  • Build or support standard reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows
  • Build and maintain custom Mongoose reports for manufacturing operations, work order tracking, and inventory analysis
  • Support financial, operational, and manufacturing reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to support issue resolution, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Work with manufacturing, operations, finance, and IT teams to understand requirements and provide ERP support
  • Communicate system changes and known issues to impacted users
  • Provide limited support for the legacy IQMS system during the transition and end-of-life period
  • Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of production-floor systems (e.g. label printers, shop-floor interfaces, and related hardware/software)
  • Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and user guides
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on system stability, usability, and data integrity
  • Provide knowledge transfer and basic training to users as needed
