Requirements

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
• Must be a U.S. resident or citizen
• Must be physically located and legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Communicate with members from an established database to assess financial needs
• Provide clear, professional guidance on available benefits and coverage options
• Support members throughout the application and enrollment process
• Maintain consistent follow-up to address questions and provide updates
• Assist existing policyholders with reviews, beneficiary changes, and claims guidance
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
