Requirements

3 - 6 years of experience in media planning, partnerships, or digital advertising.
Strong understanding of digital media management and B2B marketing principles.
Proven relationship-building skills and excellent written communication abilities.
Commercial mindset with the ability to analyze pricing and competitive factors.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple proposals and relationships.
Clear communicator adept at simplifying complex information.

Responsibilities

Build and deepen relationships with publishers, platforms, and media/tech partners.
Serve as a key contact for partner program development, defining strategies and pricing.
Identify and secure preferred pricing and partnership opportunities.
Own the development of client-facing proposals that articulate business goals and strategies.
Create value-driven proposal narratives that support sales efforts.
Develop cross-channel media plans aligned to a full-funnel approach.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure plans are executable and measurable.
Continuously improve proposal workflows to increase quality and engagement.
