About The Position

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding the architectural practices and best methodologies for developing tools that enhance ServiceNow Security Operations processes. Your contributions will drive the integration and evolution of secure and efficient workflows within the ServiceNow platform, ultimately impacting healthcare delivery and operational excellence. Requirements

• Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 8 years in IT architecture or IT Service Management roles.
• Experience with Security Incident Response and Threat & Vulnerability Management in ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and ITSM, ITOM, ITAM processes.
• Technical expertise in the Now Platform as either administrator or developer.
• Experience in database design schemas and cloud application technology.
• Competency in requirements gathering and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow SecOps architecture and functionality.
• Support design and implementation of SecOps standards to achieve desired cybersecurity outcomes.
• Provide technical evaluations of demands against ServiceNow module features and best practices.
• Guide prototyping processes to expedite design to deployment timelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align with standards and policies.
• Advise on configuration and coding standards to maintain best practices.
• Oversee the SecOps module focusing on core features and data flows.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to enhance overall security posture.
