Content is constantly being produced across multiple platforms, and attention is earned in seconds. Great editing isn’t optional here. It’s one of the biggest drivers of engagement, retention, and performance. We’re looking for someone who can take raw footage and transform it into content that feels dynamic, intentional, and built for modern audiences. Someone who understands pacing, storytelling, motion, and the small creative decisions that separate average content from videos people actually finish watching. That’s where you come in. As a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist at Crisp, you’ll work directly with our Creative Director and content team to create high-performing short-form and long-form marketing content. Motion graphics will play a central role in your work, helping bring movement, personality, and polish into every edit. This is not a one-off freelance project role. We’re looking for someone we can build a long-term creative partnership with - someone who wants consistent work, reliable project flow, and the opportunity to become an integrated part of the creative process over time.
