About The Position

Responsible for work in the Remote Deposit Capture Department. This position will also support Treasury management functions related to RDC. Work will include handling mutliple tasks and duties relating to setup, monitoring and ongoing maintaining of Remote Deposit Customers, including customer, vendor contact and support. Provide assistance to Treasury Management and Remote Deposit Capture Departments.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent. Some college preferred.
  • General banking knowledge, cash management knowledge or RDC experience desired.
  • 1-3 years banking or office experience or equivalent higher education experience.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Use of Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Accurate and attentive to detail.
  • Well organized.
  • Ability to assist others.
  • Able to use PC, calculator, phone, and all related business equipment.
  • Technical knowledge
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Regular attendance required

Responsibilities

  • Duties relating to setup and support of customers using Remote Deposit Capture product.
  • Coordination and daily tasks related to overall RDC activities
  • Perform maintenance to customer accounts in RDC system
  • Technical knowledge and assistance with department projects and customers as needed.
  • Work with other departments during RDC implementations and conversions.
  • Assist in development of processes and procedures of the RDC department
  • Work closely as needed with RDC product vendors
  • Requires attention to detail with accuracy and timeliness understanding agreements, forms & approval processes
  • Work with other associates completing audits for department
  • Complete daily balancing of RDC deposits and find outages as needed
  • Assist with customer phone calls and email inquiries relating to RDC daily 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Preparation and completions of forms, document scanning and other tasks relating to customer records.
  • Cross-train throughout RDC operations department.
  • Inventory and tracking responsibilities for RDC customers.
  • Monitoring and coordination of RDC product fees and expenses.
  • Daily interaction with customers, department team members, Treasury Sales associates and banking centers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Obtains and conveys information as needed. Composes correspondence as needed.
  • Resolves (or refers) questions and requests promptly and courteously. Quick and accurate follow-up to service and support requests and issues is expected.
  • Acts in a courteous and professional manner to all customes and associates.
  • Maintains confidentialty of customer information.
  • Assists related departments as needed.
  • Supports Treasury Management and RDC associates as needed.
  • Keeps management informed of area activities, risks, trends and of any significant problems.
  • Attends and participates in meetings as required.
  • Completes required reports, trainings, and related documents.
  • Stays informed of changes in area policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.
  • Completes special projects and tasks as assigned.
