Process and verify daily transactions related to deposit accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Monitor and reconcile deposit accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any issues related to deposit services.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to deposit accounts.
Assist in the development and implementation of procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices in deposit operations.
Support the training and development of junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
Participate in audits and examinations, providing necessary documentation and information related to deposit operations.
Perform item processing tasks, including but not limited to debit card maintenance and disputes, document imaging, ACH processing, transit returns, back-office deposit operations, exception processing, audits, and ATM settlement activities
Process wire requests and authorizes transactions within the deposit system
