About The Position
ALONJA Enterprises LLC is seeking professional, dependable individuals interested in providing remote customer support as 1099 independent contractors. Qualified applicants may be able to choose from multiple client programs based on their location, availability, skills, equipment, and program eligibility. This role offers the flexibility to work from home and build a schedule that works for you, with opportunities in various customer service programs such as customer service, roadside assistance, travel and reservations, financial services, sales and customer care, and other remote-support services. Instead of applying for only one narrowly defined position, qualified candidates may have the opportunity to explore programs that align with their professional strengths and scheduling needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and typing proficiency
- Ability to navigate multiple applications
- Professional and dependable work habits
- Ability to work independently
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet
- A compatible Windows 11 computer and additional equipment may be required before servicing, depending on the selected program.
Responsibilities
- Receiving inbound customer calls
- Answering questions and resolving concerns
- Assisting with accounts, reservations, or transactions
- Coordinating roadside or service requests
- Entering accurate notes into client systems
- Moving between multiple computer applications
- Providing calm, professional, and solution-focused support
