About The Position
AO, a proud member of the Globe Life family, is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Benefits Representatives to help working families understand and access life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. In this fully remote role, you'll meet with clients virtually, answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide exceptional customer service while making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Nice To Haves
- Customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, education, banking, military, administrative, or sales experience is helpful—but not required.
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with clients using Zoom.
- Provide exceptional customer service and client support.
- Educate families on life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Build long-term client relationships through trust and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, virtual training, and leadership development.
