We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. The ideal candidate will be a first point of contact for our valued members, providing outstanding support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is crucial in helping individuals navigate their health services and manage complex medical conditions effectively.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
- Responding professionally and efficiently to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and digital messaging platforms.
- Providing clear and accurate information regarding pharmacy benefits, claims, and available health solutions.
- Assisting customers with problem-solving and resolving any issues they may encounter in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Maintaining detailed and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions in our company database.
- Collaborating with internal departments, including care coordination and pharmacy teams, to manage and resolve complex customer cases.
- Adhering strictly to data protection and confidentiality policies to ensure the security of sensitive customer information.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding established performance metrics and quality assurance standards.
