About The Position
The Gainey Agency is hiring a remote Client Support Agent to support clients in the Cincinnati, OH area. This is an independent contractor opportunity (1099) offering flexible, work-from-home arrangements within the financial services sector. Training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities are provided based on performance. What you’ll do Connect with individuals who have requested information about financial protection products. Provide general education on life insurance options. Assist clients in identifying coverage that fits their needs. Maintain professional communication and follow-up with clients. (Leads may be provided; no requirement to cold call.) Training & support Structured onboarding and training program. Ongoing mentorship and team support. Access to training resources and guided systems. Compensation Commission-based pay as an independent contractor (1099). Earnings vary based on activity level and production; no hourly pay or guaranteed salary. Performance-based bonuses and incentives may be available. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Ability to obtain an Ohio life insurance producer license (training provided; licensing costs may apply).
