About The Position

The Gainey Agency is recruiting for a remote Client Support Agent to serve clients in the Nashville, TN area. This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity within the financial services sector. The position is a 1099 independent contractor role that includes training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement based on performance. What you’ll do Connect with individuals who have requested information about financial protection products. Provide general education on life insurance options and related protection products. Assist clients in identifying coverage that meets their needs. Maintain professional communication and follow-up with clients. (Leads may be provided; no cold-calling requirement.) Training & support Structured onboarding and training program. Ongoing mentorship and team support. Access to training resources and guided systems. Compensation Commission-based pay as an independent contractor (1099). Earnings vary based on activity level and production; no hourly pay or guaranteed salary. Performance-based bonuses and incentives may be available. Requirements 18 years of age or older. Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to obtain a Tennessee state life insurance license (training provided; licensing costs may apply). Reliable internet connection and access to a phone and computer.
