About The Position

AO is seeking motivated, goal-oriented professionals to join our growing virtual team as Remote Leadership Development Representatives. You'll begin by learning the foundation of our business—serving clients, building relationships, explaining available benefits, and delivering an exceptional client experience. As you develop and demonstrate consistent performance, you'll have opportunities to strengthen your skills in mentorship, coaching, team development, and leadership. Whether you're beginning your career, changing industries, or bringing experience from customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, education, sales, or management, we provide the training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development needed to get started. No previous insurance or leadership experience is required. AO operates within the American Income Division of Globe Life, serving working families and members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and other groups. Our representatives help individuals and families understand supplemental life, accident, and health insurance benefits while providing professional, ongoing client service. Since transitioning to a virtual model, our teams have been able to serve clients remotely while staying connected through online training, coaching, technology, mentorship, and team collaboration.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Be physically located within the United States
Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
Maintain reliable high-speed internet
Have webcam and microphone capability
Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
Be comfortable meeting clients through Zoom and phone
Be willing to complete required training and professional development
Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Responsibilities

Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information
Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Answer questions clearly and professionally
Help clients evaluate available coverage options
Assist with applications, enrollment, and required documentation
Provide ongoing client support and follow-up
Assist with applicable policy reviews and updates
Maintain accurate digital records and client documentation
Build long-term relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional service
