About The Position
We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Remote Cruise Booker to help clients plan memorable leisure travel. The role involves understanding clients’ preferences and creating personalized resort and cruise experiences, including vacation packages with accommodations, cruises, onshore activities, dining, transfers, and shore excursions. The position is fully remote, and training is provided.
Requirements
- Passion for leisure travel, resort getaways, and cruise adventures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and bookings with attention to detail.
- Comfort working efficiently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding clients’ desires and creating personalized resort and cruise experiences.
- Stay up to date on resort and cruise travel trends and share travel knowledge with clients.
- Create customized vacation packages that combine resort stays, cruises, onshore activities, dining, and other experiences.
- Manage reservations for cruises, resort accommodations, transfers, and shore excursions, ensuring details are organized.
- Resolve travel challenges with timely, creative solutions.
- Recommend distinctive enhancements and experiences to elevate clients’ resort stays and cruises.
