All consultations are scheduled in advance—there is no cold calling or outbound prospecting required. Requirements
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfort using Zoom and cloud-based digital tools
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with a webcam
Responsibilities
- Host scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored coverage options
- Educate clients on policy details and guide them through the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in weekly training and development sessions
