Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Confident using video communication platforms and digital tools
  • Passion for helping others and contributing to purpose-driven work
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with a webcam

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Guide individuals and families through personalized coverage options and the enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital records of client interactions
  • Deliver excellent service and timely follow-up to support client satisfaction
  • Participate in regular team training, development programs, and mentorship sessions
  • Build long-term client relationships that support both their needs and your professional growth
