About The Position

This is a fully remote position designed to support work-life balance, offering continuous learning and development through virtual workshops, mentorship programs, and leadership training. You will communicate with clients via phone and Zoom, build strong relationships through exceptional customer service, educate clients on benefits and coverage, assist with enrollment, and participate in ongoing training. The role also involves contributing to a positive, growth-oriented remote team culture.
