Responsibilities

Connect with clients through phone and Zoom consultations
Build strong, long-term client relationships through professional communication and service
Educate clients on available benefit and coverage options
Assist clients through enrollment and support processes
Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and leadership development sessions
Manage responsibilities independently while collaborating within a remote team environment
