Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Educate clients on available benefit programs and coverage options
- Help clients make informed decisions based on their individual needs
- Assist with applications and required documentation
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications
- Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development
- Collaborate with a supportive remote team focused on shared success
