Requirements

• Strong communicators who are confident engaging with clients through video consultations
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated professionals
• Individuals who enjoy helping others and solving problems
• Candidates comfortable using Zoom and digital platforms
• Professionals authorized to work in the United States with a Windows-based laptop or PC and reliable internet access

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Participate in weekly training sessions and team development meetings
• Collaborate with teammates to meet performance goals and share best practices
