Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient and client inquiries through live chat in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about ADF Medical services and products
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling and general questions
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone in all interactions
  • Update patient records and document chat interactions accurately
  • Meet daily chat volume and customer satisfaction targets
